Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most items ship within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text. Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, holidays, or product availability.

CARTER CLVB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for review.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, or limited-release items unless there is a fulfillment error.

Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Return shipping instructions will be provided if your return is approved.

Final Sale Items

Limited releases, sale items, and made-to-order items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
