Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To submit a request, email info@carterclvb.com with:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defect

Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for review, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny any request if the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery, misuse, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Limited-release items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Sale items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Made-to-order items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the situation.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by a fulfillment error.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Final Sale

Limited releases, sale items, and made-to-order products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
